In collaboration with the Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT), we undertook initiatives focused on the welfare and development of plantation communities.

This project emphasized:

• Building and upgrading housing and sanitation facilities.
• Creating educational opportunities for the plantation workforce.
• Promoting better healthcare and social empowerment programs.
